At LiveSupport, we work at the heart of many events each year, providing equipment hire and technical services to make them happen.
These events include Weddings, Corporate Events & Dinners, Birthday Celebrations (including 18th and 21st milestones), Local Festivals and Fetes, and other Special Events.
Our Equipment Hire and Services are available to all: private individuals, companies, organisations and schools alike. We promise to provide the highest quality customer service whether you’re spending £50 or £5000.

Location & service areas:
Our main branch is located in Exeter, Devon, and in 2017 we opened a secondary branch in Southampton, Hampshire. This allows to provide Stage, Sound, Lighting and Projector hire across Southern England with reduced travel costs. Our main operating areas are Devon, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, but we can provide to other locations too!
We stock all our own equipment, meaning we don’t have to hire it in from larger companies like some of our competitors. Again, this helps us keep our clients’ costs low and value high!
Our stock consists of Sound, Lighting, Stage and AV equipment from industry-standard brands, including Martin by HARMANN, Prolyte Group, QSC Audio, Electro-Voice, Shure, Sennheiser, and Chamsys to name a few. This means you get a professional and reliable service every time.
Our technical crew is a team of skilled and dedicated technicians with a passion for events! LiveSupport staff are trained across all sectors, meaning all of us can provide a quality service whether you’re hiring Sound, Lighting, Staging or AV equipment.
LiveSupport was founded in 2016, under the name “Izaac James Entertainment” – named after Co-founders and childhood friends Izaac Channing and James Pike.
Izaac’s experience came from working as a Mobile DJ at weddings and other events, inspired by his Dad who retired from the trade when Izaac was of a young age. Izaac launched his DJ & Mobile Disco business – Izaac James Disco – in 2010, and it is still going strong today!
James started as a roadie for the DJ business, which is where he found a passion for the technical side of events. He moved on to work at numerous theatres, including gaining an apprenticeship at the Royal Opera House, London, and working as Head of Sound on the popular stage play Ghost Stories.
Today LiveSupport is managed by Izaac, with James kept busy by his other commitments. However, James remains an active member of our family and continues to work as a part-time event technician for us.
